I have 5 285/75r16s on the truck and am currently running Red Letters (weigh about 90lbs ea), and I get around 16-18mpg. I'm manual trans too. Also pretty armored up too underneath.
I have had the dash light up like a Christmas tree on my 07 TRD a few times. Toyota has now replaced both exhaust manifolds 2 times and has no idea what could be causing an issue. I spoke with some engineer for a bit, and he was swearing up and down that my intake and All-Pro high-clearance...
I'm 6'2" weigh 225lbs and I can fit in the backseat with no issues. It may be tight, but no different than any other smaller 4 door SUV. And anyone complaining about MPGs, you bought the wrong vehicle. You have a brick with 4-wheels, that's heavy, what did you expect? My tires, the rubber alone...

Rocking the 285/75-16 Red Letters I have no issues on the interstate cruising (read, while using cruise control) at 70mph in 6th gear. It's great around town too. I usually shift at 2200rpms and the truck does not lag at all.
