Yep, that's it. IDK what it's called but there is a coolant reservoir underneath the intake manifold that has a FIP sealant failure, so slow coolant leak and perpetual smell of antifreeze. I have an IS-F that had same issue and on those forums...
If you are leaking fluid into the Bellows them the seals are shot. The 100series rack it is so extremely difficult to remove and put back in you’re only going to want to do it once….

First of all fix the exhaust leak! that could be heating up the fuel tank. Don't wait. Then look for other remediations to reduce heating up fuel lines and tank near exhaust and engine bay. There are many threads/posts explaining it.
