So the last week or so I have noticed after shutting down the engine, I get a hissing almost like a whistle coming from my fuel tank vent. It goes away after a few minutes or so. I opened the inspection cover and disconnected the line - mid whistle- the other day and it seems...

I have seemed to misplace the two nuts that hold my rad in ( the ones that attach through the frame cross member) anyone know off hand which size they are? I'm at the hardware store and forgot to check before I left...

Ya, its funny sometimes I think its lighter too. But its hard to tell. At first I thought it was way darker. I think its mainly the light. It was mixed by my local NAPA, and they got it out of the dupont book.
I hope I can make it down to a meeting or out for a run with you guys when its done...

Today I got two coats of bedliner on. I may still go out and put one more on. I went with the duplicolor roll on. I was a little suspect of the stuff, but it after reading up on it, it sounded like if I prepped everything...

Things are happening slowly but surely. Over the past week I finished up seaming sealing, and then today another coat of epoxy primer, primer sealer, and 3 coats of 653 olive!
Overall I'm super happy with how it turned out! As a first timer I was nervous, but it turned out better than...
good job man! i'll be following your progress closely. i'm about half way ( I hope - colour should be going on the tub in the next week or so) through my 81.
