I took mine apart today just to take a first hand look inside. I did a few things: 1) Checked if the electronics board that’s inside the black plastic housing puts out voltage to the motor. It did put out 12v. 2) I tried directly actuating the motor that’s inside the black plastic housing...

I have the exact same simptoms and techstream info as you... did you ever figure this one out?
