Where did you find a ball or bike rack that would fit in this without hitting the spare tire? I have tried to find anything that would allow me to use this hitch on my 04' LX and everything I've got bumps into the spare tire. So strange that Toyota would design something like this??

I'm doing some research on this for my 05 LX. If AHC is working right now is there any good reason to pull it out and switch? Just trying to get some opinions on how long I should try to keep AHC working. Appreciate your thoughts.

I noticed you have the thru bumper hitch. I wanted to see if you found a way to use that hitch for anything with the spare tire in place? If so, how did you do it? My bike rack, ball, nor my storage flat rack will fit because they all run into the spare. When I saw yours in the picture above it...

Brand new part# 51990-60010. Bought it, but decided to go a different route. Never installed. Passing on for what I paid. $160 plus shipping.

Ok. Well, all of the install videos I've seen show cutting two brackets to install. Maybe it is model specific? I'm not sure. Was just going off what I could find. Maybe someone else can help.
