Yes the Patrol out numbers every brand of 4x4's here in Australia at comps, because they are cheap, parts are available everywhere, every thing you need to modify one can be brought of the shelf. But as the cruisers drop in value you will see more and more at comps over here. Dont forget that...

I think if you get a dropped pitman arm you will increase bump steer due to the steering arm and panhard rod not been on the same plane.. You are better of going high steer, JMAC diff and gear in Sydney make these...
