A 77 tailgate would look like the one on the left minus the "TOYOTA" stamp in it. 77 would have the indent but not the stamping

78-79, no indent in the white, and the emblems are up high.

☝️ this is right. There will be groups busting off every day of friends that go out but there will certainly be rides on the board for anyone new to the event. And yep newbie ride Monday morning. Some slacker a****** leads it but the other people are awesome. 🤣

Truck was unlocked, nearest I can tell they towed it from behind to a place across town and went through it. Someone at some point put a hide a key under it but didn't put the fob piece in with it, so the VATS wouldn't allow it to start.

*Found It* So just an update, a vigilant citizen in Chattanooga saw the FB post and called in that she had spotted the truck near her house. Cops went out and verified then returned it to the owner. Scary times but it's the best outcome that could have been asked for. Even better there...
