Vintage Style LC Badges on 200s

It should fit, but you will need to modify the badge. The badge from Spector comes with tabs designed to go through the sheet metal and it is flat. To fit it on the rear pillar of the 200 series, you'll need to grind off the tabs and then bend it slightly because the pillar is curved. I then...

    200 favorite Rock Sliders

I ordered the tube step sliders from Slee on January 11 and received them in San Diego on January 20, which is lightening fast compared to ordering sliders and other components for this and my prior builds. (Hello, Gobi, are you listening?) And, hats off to the freight company. The card board...

Talk me out of a 4Runner TRD Pro

I had a TRD Trail Edition with an ICON Stage 5 suspension. It was extremely capable and great looking rig. I really enjoyed it. However, having come from a 100 Series and 80 Series before it, there is no comparison when it comes to build quality. The differences in the drive train is an area...

    200 series vs. 100 series

The leather on the 100 series seats may be a little more robust. Other than that, I echo the comments above. Plus, the coil overs give many, many more options for upgrades.

    Bilstein 6112/5160 Installed

Thank you, There is rubbing at full lock in reverse. There is about a 1-2 MPG hit, which I suspect is more a result of the weight of the tires, rather than the size. I mention this because I am running load range E tires that are quite heavy. But, no issues with the cruise control...

    Bilstein 6112/5160 Installed

I'm surprised the heavier springs are not on the market yet. Bilstein borrowed my LC for a second time a couple months ago to test the heavy springs fitment and the tech told me they were pleased with the results.

Totaled my 200, I need some advice...

I had a 2014 LX570 that my wife drove before the 2019 LC. The LX felt much more luxurious on the inside. The ride was also luxurious as in floaty and disconnected. And, to me, it felt like I was driving a much bigger vehicle than our current LC. It was also so nice that it was difficult for...

    Bilstein 6112/5160 Installed

I believe that is correct because I do not think the heavy load springs are available yet. Bilstein used my LC last month for additional fitment and testing for the heavy springs. I was told that they were pleased with the results that time.

Talk me into a 200 aka sell my Tundra aka it’s only money

I too traded a Tundra, a third gen Crewmax TRD Offroad, for my 200 Series. The Tundra was very good 1/2 ton truck with a remarkable amount of interior space. What I miss the most about it was all of the interior storage spaces that the LC lacks. But, in every other respect, the LC wins hands...

Our LC Rocked It While Trailering in the Snow

As we drove down, I checked the Redarc and saw that it pulsed purple and red, indicating that it was working with the Crawl control. And, I did learn from the near jack knife to push the Redarc button to more aggressively brake the trailer after the Ford was moved out of the way. I think if I...

Our LC Rocked It While Trailering in the Snow

It appeared that both axels are braked so I put the chains (cables, actually) on the front axel because it was easiest. (BTW Dan - your comments here and on the Lance owners' site led us to the ProPride hitch and have been very helpful for us. So, thank you for your contributions.) Our...
