What about a ZEON 10K? I just got an opportunity on that one as well and its about 40% less than a XP and 55% less than a M8274... price wise ofcourse... Would it worth saving those $700-$1000? (Prices here in CR are waaay higher than USA BTW)

Yep, Actually VR series are all made in China. Design, quality control, specificaction by warn but manufactured in china to keep costs low for a low budget winch. 9.5XP and M8274 and other are still made in USA, and as most of things this days, some parts and/or components must come from China...
