A used gray dash FJ62 pad. No cracks. The Velcro is still on from the pad cover (didn’t want to risk taking them off.) Only defect I’d say is super small pin hole above glove box area. Probably wouldn’t even notice them, included in photos. $250 Pick up in SE Pa. Probably not worth shipping...

I have very poor air flow through all the ducts. New fan. Took the dash apart to do some work. Everything is so dirty, so I started taking out all the ducts. Still have poor air flow right beyond the heater core. Heater core seems very dirty. I will try what Mike suggested. Is there any way...

Hey all, I’m bolting a A440f (yeah, wish it could be a 5 speed) back to my 3FE in my 1990 FJ62. Got a question about torque and Loctite. When bolting the bell housing to the engine there are 2 torque values. I’m assuming the top one, 53 ft-lb is for the top 2 bolts while the 27 ft-lbs is for...

Rebuilding my transfer case still.. Installed the rear output shaft with the High/Low shift fork. That gear assembly seems to not match up perfectly, slightly out toward the rear. Is that acceptable or is there something off? The gears all rotate smoothly. 1990 FJ62 stock T-case/transmission...

When rebuilding the t-case on a 1990 FJ62 with an A440F, should I put any FIPG (red or black) on the o-ring between the bearing and the front T-case half?

Hey Matt, How does that ruin the torque converter for the next guy? I am replacing my tranny and t-case with a different one and I already separated the transmission from the engine (the torque converter is still attached to the engine) , did I mess the torque converter up?

Any thoughts on this? Also, can I use 2 pry bars to pry out the bearing on the transmission output shaft? Can’t seem to get a puller behind there.

Swapping out my transmission, A440F on my 1990 FJ62. The Manual Valve Lever Shaft broke off where the last nut goes. Anyone know if I can swap one out? Just remove the Neutral Start Switch and the Manual Valve Lever and slide a different one through? Or is it not that easy? Appreciate any...
