Well I would hook the positive cable from starter to the battery. Then connect the 2 batteries together ( negative to positive) with the next cable. Then hook the ground cable from the frame to the negative post of the 1st battery in the series.
I have a set of four new 235/75R15 Wrangler radials on FJ-40 white wagon wheel rims. Also have a fifth rim with a slightly used of the same type tire. $400 for all five. I live in Northern Utah.
