I was just going by what Willy said. But since you need some info on Bio Fuel, here it comes..... The amount of CO2 emitted by a car is dependent on the composition of the fuel burned, the completeness of the combustion, and the total amount of fuel consumed. Gallon for gallon, diesel fuel...

Try using the "quiet car" paint/spray on product www.quietcar.com I used it on the entire entire of my BJ60 and it made a huge difference. Highly recommended, especially on diesel trucks.

I had a Fj40, lot of fun and a great off road vehicle. Now drive a BJ60, much more comfortable, practical and built like a tank. Lots of storage space, passenger comfort, and 30mpg ain't so bad. Tough call which to get, depends where you are in your life!

Any body know how much vacuum the 3b pump creates? I want to replace the alt/pump combo with an electric version. Brakes keep working even if the engine dies! Thanks

My understanding is the T-stats are slow opening when new, the spring should soften up in a while.

They only sell 88 degree t-stats here. I talked to a Toyota mechanic yesterday who indicated that this is quite normal. Thanks for all the help.
