To close this out - a clamp was missing off one of the rear heater hoses. Apparently when the engine is turning and coolant is circulating there is actually less pressure in the hoses than just after a warm engine is turned off. This additional pressure was leading to a more pronounced leak...

bmwjnky has the right answer. It turns out the drawers are the wrong size; too short and too narrow. IPOR sorting this out for me as expected.

Had IPOR install the ARB drawer system and fit kit in my 1991 FJ80. Is it me or does this thing look a bit off? Seems to be far too much space between the kit and the interior panels. I suspect they have received and installed the wrong kit. If so, then what is this kit for? Is the FZJ80...
