it is really easy to climb up as I still have the stock rear bumper with the step. my wife also said it's pretty easy :)
the head room is really comfortable and the living area definitely doesn't feel claustrophobic.

finally finished my mini-project to turn the rear side of my LJ73 into a sleeping area for me and my wife. happy with the result. details will follow in a seperate post.
installed a spare wheel bag today. happy with the result. found it in an online retailer for the half price of the "well known" brands. looks sturdy and waterproof for now.
bushings bushing bushings...
they are the first parts to change in order to deal with the death wobble in my opinion.
i changed the bushings in my panhard rod, stabilizer and side arms and the death wobble is gone.
the missing knobs of the clinometer was an important point in my to-do list and finally managed to take care of it.
it is crazy how you can get these parts from amayama or other sites for 1-2 usd, while people are selling aftermarket products on ebay for 20 usd. yes, 20 usd for a 1 cm knob !
discovered an off-road park close to where i live.
served as a great chance to test my skills as well as traction and 4wd system of the truck. this was our first off road experience since I bought her.

it might indeed be a turbo fault.
it can also blink occasionally when the rpm is high and the turbo is pushed and that is normal behaviour.
was the red light always on during the drive or it came on occasionally?
