Per OEM Toyota repair manual (dated 1972) the rated inlet fuel pressure to the F engine Aisin two-barrel, down-draft carb is 3.4 psi - 4.8 psi. Not sure what the differences are between the floats in your 2-barrel, down-draft Aisin carb and mine, but I don't imagine a significant difference...

Looks like I lost my ground. I rechecked the ground cable and found that she was a little bit loose. Turned the key and she started right up. Thanks for the help. I appreciate it.
