Yes...see part numbers in the OP. The refers to them as "with blk hsng" as opposed to "chrome."

Finished the conversion of my 2019 LC base to a Heritage Edition....while retaining my center armrest cold box and my third row seats available for reinstall (takes about 30 minute) any time I need them. And oh yes...all of my wheels match including the spare. It is identical to the H/E EXCEPT...
