Before you expend a bunch of effort trying to program it - try one or two other CR2412 batteries in the card. In my experience the credit card keys are extremely sensitive to the strength of the battery and I've had plenty of "fresh", "new" CR2412s not work for no obvious reason.

Not the OP, but that receipt is for a local shop to install the shocks, not their purchase.

I have no idea. It could just be that the link on their website is broken. They did reduce the attractiveness of the free shipping deal over time so it's worth diversifying by trying other dealers that discount and ship free/economically.
