I just tested and it looks like if I manually unlock my passenger side door with the key, no alarm. If I unlock driver side once with key, alarm. If I unlock twice on driver side (unlocking all doors) then no alarm. Keep in mind that unlocking once on passenger side does indeed unlock all...

Also have the same issue. One unlock and I can open the driver door but alarm goes off. 2 unlocks and no problem. I watched the valet have a hell of a time with my car the other day.
