I think that’s an ok running time. There’s a breakdown in that thread with how long they should run after emptying pressure in the system.

Congrats on the score! Looks great. I’m still dying on my 03-05 sword, you get the 5 speed & the much simpler non-VVTI. I also prefer the old cheap bulbs instead of LED tails. If you don’t pound highway miles, a 4 speed is also a great score for price. The 06-07 unicorns just aren’t worth it...

I thought about one, pulled the trigger on a 100 and haven’t looked back….yet. If you don’t NEED the power, I believe the 2UZ is a better engine overall. Chains be damned, the UZs are smooooooth.

Use it don’t lose it. Had the saying in T4R about the electric switch for low and high gear. Mine wasn’t used much and made a bunch of noise the first few uses, after lube and a few days of operation it’s normal.

I want to say it’s the rubber or something, I had the same with all the rubber around my windows and doors and evap hoses. Partsouq and Impex cheaper than even toyota deal.

I can’t recall where that started most likely this thread? When installed and carefully setting them, you’ll feel the 15lbs not set, at least in my truck. You could really feel them bottom out and snug tight at 18lb

This is the best if you want an OEM rad and what I did with my 4R. Just pay the price for being able to deny a damaged one. Pretty much everything else is shippable.
