I see this thread’s a few years old…Be careful with “quoting”. I’m not sure if hobbes corrected the year range himself, but the locking channel weatherstrip only goes up to 1974. 1975 and later don’t use this. I see his original reply says “1974”, but when Green Bean quotes him, the ending year...

It’s funny, my 60 I have was from Colorado too, and had the same aftermarket cruise control when we got it. Only the stalk and cable were left. I have since removed that, but it’s cool that this apparently was done a lot back then.
