In my case the slots on the flare itself were only partially separated which made locating the correct position easy. I scuffed the surface with sandpaper...

Some of them are really just a screen, I can't remember which model Wolfbox I ordered but it was just a screen and just displays video feeds. I didn't like it at all and sent back.

I've read good things about Kings and Dobinsons and OME BP-51's. I had OME's basic Nitrochargers on one of my 80's and it was a very rough ride.
