The hitch is the standard Class 3 that comes with the vehicle. It pulls 8200 lbs. the winch can pull 9500 lbs. I am not aware of how to put a hitch in the front. Can you elaborate with some links. MIr

The winch indeed is temporary as it can be removed as needed. The wiring from the rear hitch to the front battery, the solenoid and the power switch inside the cabin had to be professionally installed (altho is a doable DIY). Mir
