    I think I did it right for calculation. I took the weight of the item 4,666 lbs and multiplied it by 1.5 to factor in the resistance. which comes out to 7,000 lbs...

    It is 7000 with the resistance figured into it. The ramp isn't very steep at all..

    I have a 3000lb winch, I am looking to pull 7000lb rolling with it up a ramp truck. I was wondering what size Snatch Block I would need for my winch?
