Bearing squeal after front drive shaft removed

The vibration is not too bad. My brother in law also has a 97' 80 series and his rides without the same vibration at around 60 mph. The squeal did not start until I removed the drive shaft. I just put the drive shaft back on. I will let you know if the noise goes away.

Welcome and nice find. Isn't it great that so many people took good care of our Cruisers for us, just waiting on us to buy them? :) Tarbe, I found this one in your neck of the woods.

I moved up to 5 new 285/75 LTs. I wanted Revos but I could not find them within $200 of the BFG ATs. I purchased them at discount tire. I shopped around at several area stores, they had the lowest price and they matched a local shops price. They even threw in the replacement warranty for free...

I have you guys going to the sweet 16 in my bracket. Nice rig by the way. I purchased my 97' LC out...

The PO had the thing spotless(See below). I removed the Brush Guard and Tail Lamp Guards. The BFGs ride a little rougher (LTs). But I like the looks, and the steering is actually better b/c the Michelins were fairly old. I also removed the steps and mud flaps. I will ease into the mods (ya...

I guess I should introduce myself. I am from Charlotte, NC. I have been lurking for quite a while now. I have been a TLC fan for a long time. Purchased a locked 97' w/ 100,000 miles on it back in Nov.
