What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Added puddle lights back onto the LX. Stock connectors were available, but the ones on the underside of the truck were heavily corroded, so I hardwired them. I used a couple of those 60” pickup brake light kits and just wired the whites to the original wiring. That’ll let me use the reds later...

Any options for replacing the fogs on the lx470 with cube lights?

Because it’s my vehicle and I don’t give half a s*** what you think? That could have something to do with it. Mind your own business if you have nothing to contribute.

Any options for replacing the fogs on the lx470 with cube lights?

Has anyone ever seen examples of replacing the fog/indicator lights on the lx470 with a couple pod lights, similar to what’s been done on GX’s? I was thinking about doing a couple pods in the grilles toward the middle, but realized that since the factory fogs are basically useless anyhow...

    Fixing the AHC from hell

Money, time, not an issue yet, and I hear it's a huge PITA to remove the two bolts top side of frame... so I'll avoid as long as I can! Gotta save room on the credit card for some DT headers... :wtf:

    Fixing the AHC from hell

This is fantastic news, Morid! Way to go with the accumulator bleeder as well. (and for taking photos while AHC fluid is spraying everywhere!) Mine's broken too - I'm just leaving it until it causes an issue, but it looks like over drilling, tapping etc will be the way to go when the time comes.

Just a screen cap to document current AHC conditions. Haven't adjusted the front height sensors yet (they needed some PB Blaster) but fender height is bang on. Rear Pressure is a bit low - 1/3 tank of fuel and completely unloaded. Loaded for a trip its nearly 1000lb heavier including...

Today's Work: - Bench tested AHC pump assembly - NG. (almost zero flow) - Removed Pressure Sensor -...

    5) Might as well remove the strainer from the narrow end of the valve as well and blast it. 6) Pump output after cleaning the Return Valve.

AHC pump assembly - bench test NG

AHC Housing - Return Valve Removal, Inspection and Cleaning: Assuming that by the time you read this post, you already know how to remove the pump from the car, test the sub-assembly's function, and dismantle the various parts. Pump Flow before: 1) Using a #8 wood screw turned in the the...

AHC pump assembly - bench test NG

EOD Update: (TLDR - thought I had it, fecked it up) - Removed Pump Assembly for another bench test - Bench test 1, fully assembled. NG. Tiny dribble. - This is where I screwed up. I didn't first do another bench test with the Pressure Sensor removed to check flow. This would have confirmed...
