Is there a fuse or something I can pull to turn this off completely? It is in a loop where it turns on and off constantly. I just want it to be off permanently. I did not see a fuse labeled in the 3 fuse boxes I checked. Any help on this?

The two hoses in the second picture of the original post with the two red arrows.... What are the names of both of those hoses? The longer one that runs the top of manifold/throttle body.. and the shorter one that runs to the bottom of square box. Thanks in advance.
