anyone know where I can get prebent tubing? I need to replace all the brake lines. I want stainess steel. I am NOT talking about the hoses that attach to the caliper.
Thanks muddy bean. I will pull the body ecu Sunday. I bought a voltmeter and I was going to check the fuse boxes. Initially it threw a p1305 ignitor circuit/bad no 2 coil pack. I had a spare so I replaced the coil pack even though I knew it wasn't the problem.
I did not notice any dampness. I think that if the windshield was leaking that there would be some rust under the dash because there is a lot of bare metal. I did not notice any rust.
I checked all of the fuses under the dash. When I first looked at it I was shocked because the ignition or igniter fuse was crooked in the slot. I pulled it out and placed it in there correctly. I checked the ECU B fuse and it was still good. I removed it and visually inspected it.
I am starting to think I have that problem as well. I noticed from the day I bought the thing that the windshield replacement was shoddy. I will check the fuse now.
I was driving down the highway and it started to beep. I pulled off the side of the road and shut it off. I am not sure if it shut off before this or if I shut it off. It turns over, but wont fire now.
I tried another key
I check to see if the security light goes out when you put the key in...
I was going down the highway. I felt a loss of power then looked down. Check engine light was on and a/t temp oil light. I pulled directly over. I am not sure if the engine shut off or it shut off when i pulled over.
I ran the code and it came up with p1305. The code is for ignition...

Installed blisten shocks all the way around

I need to also mention that my truck it not lifted. I am wondering if I locked the center Diff and jacked up the front of the truck to check for play if that would help me in isolating if there is play in the front diff or cv joints... Any input on this anyone?
Yes I am replacing all the sway bar bushings in the front and back. The front driveshaft seems to have some play. It seems to move more than the rear one does when you put it in to drive from park. I was under the truck greasing the driveshaft and noticed that it moves a little more than the...
I have a 2000 lc. The transmission was replaced 35k miles ago. It was rebuilt. It shifts fine going from 1st to 2nd. When it goes from 2nd to 3rd sometimes there is a clunk. I greased the drive shaft with plenty of moly and it goes away somewhat for the first 500 miles, but then it comes back...
How many miles are on your truck? It sounds like a bearing... It could be one from the idlers. Did you change the idlers when you did the timing belt? It could be anything else that has a bearing that the serpentine belt turns.
