These parts (3/4" thick) are mounted between each bumperette, I haven't seen seen any other FJ40 with them. Does anyone know what they're for?

I just ordered front bumper parts on 8/30 and is was it was delivered 4 days later. Best looking bumper for FJ40 in my option and great customer service.
