I'd rather not buy a new one just to abuse it if someone is looking to make a change. I'm not bothered by dings, dents, scratches etc..

I think space within the case is what's limiting the ratio. I'm installing the 3:1 gears as we speak and I've had to clearance the inside of the case. I'm not sure you could get a bigger gear in there.

If it helps, I thought I had a broken cable but determined it was not broken. I replaced the amplifier and that still did not fix it. I now believe it's the actual controls or the servo motor but, in the meantime, I installed this, and it works like a charm. Just an old school choke cable that...

Take the glove box out and look way up and to the driver side.

You might look into Sunbrella. I have a good amount of experience using it on boats and if taken care of it holds up really well to the elements and is generally waterproof. The downside is it'll tear easier than a vinyl type material.

Gotchya. We'll see I guess. I was told that some Toyotas have issue with spokes clearing the caliper.

Interested in the size material you used on the rear bumper. I'd like to something very similiar.

I was able to come up with another amplifier and I was able to confirm that is not my issue. Next step will be to try a different set of controls.
