This might sound from out in left field but when you press the unlock button do all of the doors actually unlock? Maybe one of the doors isn't unlocking so the alarm sees a locked door and a door opening so it thinks glass has been broken and it trips the alarm.

I did this a couple of years ago, didn't have any problems at the time and haven't had any since. As they say, YMMV. I ran it until fluid stopped coming out of the hose, then shut off the engine, reassembled and refilled. Everything worked fine, no issues whatsoever.

My mechanic let me in on a little trick to get all of the fluid out of the power steering system. Disconnect the highest hose on the reservoir and run a short hose to a catch container, then start the engine and let it idle and use the pump to pull all of the old gunk out of the system and pump...
