Essentially the same path I've taken, except I installed the 4-pinion before our March Moab trip and blew it up at Moab Rim (rated 7).
I'm building a spare set of front and rear diffs with ARB lockers and adding 4.88's to the equation. So now, with the 10% UD I'll be 5.35
I can say that the...
This is the route I sometimes think I should have gone. The part-time kit is great and I like the driving characteristics. The only downside is when I'm driving from the Denver area heading west into the mountains. It will be clear and then get nasty real quick. I have managed quite well so far...
BL @ .008"
PL @ 10-12 in/lb
I ran another pass and got the same results. I reached out to Ken (Zuk) and he recommended reducing the shim stack by .003"
Input on this ring gear pattern.

However, they have the same part numbers for the seals. ??
I'm in the process of...
My front are starting to look like the ones from that post. Fortunately, no leaks yet.
Odd since it's a rust free chassis. I have new rams sitting in my tool box with new seals too.
I haven't deleted the a/c yet, as a just in case I decide to ever sell the LX. I haven't used a/c in several years.
If I do, it'll be a full delete, and freeing up the extra air flow to the rad by removing the condenser.
