    Regearing 100 series. Thanks

Essentially the same path I've taken, except I installed the 4-pinion before our March Moab trip and blew it up at Moab Rim (rated 7). I'm building a spare set of front and rear diffs with ARB lockers and adding 4.88's to the equation. So now, with the 10% UD I'll be 5.35 I can say that the...

    Regearing 100 series. Thanks

This is the route I sometimes think I should have gone. The part-time kit is great and I like the driving characteristics. The only downside is when I'm driving from the Denver area heading west into the mountains. It will be clear and then get nasty real quick. I have managed quite well so far...

    Ring Gear Pattern

BL @ .008" PL @ 10-12 in/lb I ran another pass and got the same results. I reached out to Ken (Zuk) and he recommended reducing the shim stack by .003"

    Ring Gear Pattern

I'll add a little more oil to the mix and try again. Need to go through my shims to see if I can get a shim stack to drop just a tad.

    Ring Gear Pattern

Input on this ring gear pattern. Had some trouble with the dried out paint. Tried some solvent, and another go with some oil drops. Could probably move the pinion in a few 1000ths, but I don't have any shims under .009.

Toyota sale, 25% off wholesale and free shipping WOW

That was my radiator. Still ok, so not thinking about much. I don't think it was a Sierra issue as it was packaged very well and there was no evidence of damage to the boxes. My guess it was a Toyota warehousing issue. I think if I were to order another radiator online, I'd request inspection...

    AHC system fluid leak...

Never mind, ignore the above question. Looked a bit closer at the asterisks in Partsouq. Does list based on VIN range of up to 9903 and then 9903-on

    AHC system fluid leak...

Kinda off topic but relates in terms of the shock to line seals. It was my understanding that the '98/99 AHC shocks had smaller shaft diameters, so later shocks will not bolt on without swapping line as well. However, they have the same part numbers for the seals. ?? I'm in the process of...

    AHC system fluid leak...

My front are starting to look like the ones from that post. Fortunately, no leaks yet. Odd since it's a rust free chassis. I have new rams sitting in my tool box with new seals too.

    100 series A/C bypass belt?

I haven't deleted the a/c yet, as a just in case I decide to ever sell the LX. I haven't used a/c in several years. If I do, it'll be a full delete, and freeing up the extra air flow to the rad by removing the condenser.

    100 series A/C bypass belt?

Sorry, was referring to Tundra owners that ran a 62.5" belt, which eliminates the need for the oem a/c delete idler pulley/bracket assembly.
