the crank sensor has an ohm range for them to be good Mine 1999 would run die run die. found the ohm specs and it was out of range. be something to check easily. also check the wiring to the sensor it could have gotten nicked or rubbed by the serpetine belt, same with cam sensor wires. under the...
i run 315s, lx470, AHC sensor lift for about an inch, splash shield heated re shaped, pinch weld mod, trimmed front bumper, and washer reservoir cover re shaped. stock wheels and spacers. Everything else is bone stock suspension wise
Depending on budget, on the lower end surprisingly the smittybilt kinetic works quite well. For the other end I use Monster rigging and their soft shackles Monster Rigging - http://monsterrigging.com/ and I've used Bubba ropes before
I did the sensor lift. was a 10mm wrench, slid the sensor to the top of the slot. nothing special at all purchased. theis is a geat write up on here about the ahc sensor lift.
patagonia milestar mt 315/75/16s coming in today along with 1.5 spacers, and small AHC sensor lift along with typical pinch weld poundings. getting ready for TX bipolar weather this weekend/Monday
rack bushings is where i would look. My 99 was almost a half turn to get get input to actually start a turn. had the wife turn wheel while under and the rack was shifting before it engaged motion.
Anybody running Dexron instead of the ahc fluid?
Pros?
cons?
Just need it to last a few months longer before it goes under the knife to change the suspension out...

You can use 2 separate wires for it.
possible vacuum leak? all those hoses going to the air box see if any have any cracks, splits, etc. possibly got a hairline in one. check the maf connector to see if pins are good and straight and reconnect. also might need to let it idle for a while for the computer to re learn idle. mine took...
