I am fairly certain it’s the 0-440lb kit with the Foam Cell Pros. Springs, Shocks, dif drop, and rear adjustable control arms. I also have SPC upper arms.
I don’t have the hub to fender measurements written down. I’ll have to redo those and droop measurements tomorrow.
