One person does have them: Judging by the opening post in this thread, it looks like @DivByZero has most of them. If you cut them up into normal sized paper sheets the bulk scanning is dirt cheap, like a few cents per page. If you want large-format scans it looks to be ~10x more expensive.

Oh thanks, this one is MUCH better than the 1990 HDJ I have! My printed 1990 EWD has the 3FE as well so I can cross-reference and extrapolate. Found it in the resources section.

Why don't we just hire a company or print shop to do the scanning? Getting all the manuals is the hard part and that's been done! For the EWDs you could cut them up to be normal page size and digitally reassemble after scanning.
