So I did go through the FSM finally and check BQ1 again and looked closer it had some corrosion on the pin so I started cleaning it up only to realize there were no pins left. I read through the manual trying to find a part number for the connector with no luck. Does anyone have a part number...

Since I posted this it's go One thing that is weird that I just noticed is the clock and the dome lights. The clock is very dim and the dome lights are out. The dash lights are fine however...replaced fuse and reseated BQ1 still no change.
