    FJ80 Ram mounting ideas

I do not have mine mounted yet, but I sourced a double-ended left side steering arm from a RHD '80 and plan to run the ram on the front of the axle going to the front arm on the left side. --Dan

    lock out hub for fj80?

I run mini-truck lockouts on my '97 axle. The c-clips on the end won't work, even with a spacer as they won't fit under the hub dial. I've been running without the clips entirely and with the inner axles tacked with no problems. ref: FJ-80 w/ mini truck lockouts - Pirate4x4.Com Bulletin...

Wanted  WTB: 80 series RHD steering arm

I'm looking for the left hand, double-ended steering arm from a RHD 80 series. Prefer used/JY part, but may do new if I can afford it. Anybody happen to have one? It'll need to be shipped to Mesa, Arizona USA 85206 thanks --Dan

Anyone Made Your Own Front Control Arms?

Thank you :) Best pic of the panhard: I've still got some bump-steer, but it's managable. And yes, the bushings are poly. They're just too wide and not big enough in diameter to flex well in a radius arm app. --Dan

Anyone Made Your Own Front Control Arms?

Sorry, it's not an 80 series, but I did swap in it's axle and made my own arms for it: The frame mount is a large RE bearing. The axle bushings are the common, cheap bushing. I made the mounting ears for the driver's side, rear bushing over-size so I can pull that bolt out...

Hopefully the end of the power steering issues

Now I'm really confused. Stock LH drive steering arm on the left knuckle only points to the back for the tie rod. This one looks like a mirror image of the right hand double-ended arm so I guessed it was from a RH drive vehicle. Whatever it is, it's what I'm looking for. Any idea how soon...

Nope, it's definitely a left knuckle. His upper arms face forward and the caliper flange is on the rear of the knuckle.

Is that a stock lower arm from a RHD vehicle on the left knuckle? Will you sell just that arm? I've been wanting to go hydro assist using one of those, but don't really know where or how to get one. --Dan
