I'm thinking it's a nigerian scam.

It seems around here all the FJs on the dealer websites have roof racks, which is a deal buster for me. Is that a dealer installed item?

My light comes on with about 5 gallons of fuel left.

There are strings about Borla and MAF exhausts on the board. To satisfy our curiosities, does anybody have any sound clips of these exhausts? Can anybody make a sound clip of these exhausts? Thanks

I thought FRAM filters were superior. I gotta be humble.

BTW we have a huge Arkansas alumni club here in Dallas. They watch all the sporting events together at the sports bar I like to hang out in around the corner from my office. I'm a Kentucky alumni and our club meets at the same sport's bar, it gets ugly when we play each other.

I remember he said to buy the longer FRAM filter for my car as long as it would clear the headers. There were two sizes I could buy and he insisted I buy the bigger one. It was so long ago now. I see on the FRAM website they have 4 different oil filters for the FJ80. Extra Guard, Tough...

I was not aware that FRAM has 'race' filters different from their ordinary stock. I guess I should have thought they would have something like that. Is the packaging different? Where can you find them? Concerning the discussion about my work friend, he was a real hot rodder kind of guy...

So the muffler itself has no effect on the emissions? Everything that does have an effect is from the motor up to the cats? If that is indeed the case will a K & N filter have an effect?
