If it’s just general maintenance, I have had good luck with Konrad Automotive in Durham.

There is likely a small motor in the actuator that has failed. Don’t be surprised if this also fails on other doors over the coming months. The actuators can be replaced (or repaired by replacing the motor) DIY. There are at least a couple threads describing this process.

2013 Starter failed around 124k

Door lock actuator motor failures are common. Assuming this is the issue, the entire actuator can be replaced or the $10 motor inside the actuator can be replaced. There are threads discussing in detail.

No, for me the problem persists for any FM station. I can’t speak for AM.

This is normal. It will read mid-way just after a cold start and acceleration, otherwise the gauge generally reads about 1/4. Enjoy your new ride!

My 2013 LC’s radio has the same behavior.

I wanted to report back. Turning off the Route Trace Recording did not fix the radio cutting out problem. Today was the first day I have been able to drive for a couple of hours since I made the change... Maybe there be some other ideas?

I also have a 2013 LC. This morning I checked the NAV and sure enough the “Route Trace” feature was set with recording ON. I turned it off. I believe this the “recording trip logs” @vbc1_75 was referring to. Hope some driving time will prove this is the fix. My radio was acting exactly as...

I’m having the same annoying problem with my radio as the others. Thanks so much for your post. If I’m understanding you correctly, I will poke around the NAV tomorrow morning and make sure the “Route Trace” feature is set to “not recording”. If this works, 2021 will be off to a great start.

Yep, also agree. The stock rails are steps and do not offer protection.
