My Dad has a 25ft Airstream I can use anytime I want, 5,000lb. I'm hoping a 60 with a chevy conversion should be up to it.

Have been seriously been considering an engine swap for the 60. Do any of you guys pull, say a 25ft trailer with your engine/upgraded 60? My rig at the moment can barely get herself over the Bighorn Mts let alone pull a trailer.

I too would like to replace my stock chrome/rusty rims with 16" wheels in the correct backspacing and in black.

Guess we'll see what happens.

In all honesty, if I had to choose, I would keep my 60 and convert her to a diesel.

I am lucky enough to own both, apples to oranges but can't seem to part with either! I just love having a pickup, even if it is a small one. Love the visibility, room and mechanical simplicity and looks of my 60.

I am very happy with my Iron Man suspension, good ride and plenty of room for my 33's.

I bought my spacers at Wheelers Offroad and then later when I added an ARB bumper and Warn winch, I upgraded to Donahoe coil overs $$$

You can purchase some front spacers that go over your front springs that will give you close to 2 inches and in back an add-a-leaf. I have the aforementioned in my rear and Hate it. The ride really stiffened up. I will soon be spending the $600 on a set of Deaver's to stop my chattering teeth.
