I have the approximately the same amount of overhang. It's been on since early 2019 and have not experienced any issues. However, the truck hasn't been wheeled as much as I would like and the awning has only been deployed a handful of times.

@RuggedBound Is it safe to assume the tailgate storage is powdercoated grey similar to the interior plastics? Is there an option to have it coated tan, similar to the Lexus plastics?

@Zer0zg How tight is the OEM jack in the tailgate? I'm looking to utilize the tailgate to store the jack so I can use the jack storage area to install an inverter.

This is how mine looks like underneath the chassis. The way you described the THRUSH muffler is very similar to the Magnaflow 12288, I can barely hear the muffler when WOT, more engine noise than muffler. You'll barely notice it with the windows up.

I too installed a Magnaflow and had the y-pipe eliminated for a bit more $. I also echo the comment on the sound.

There's also Toy Shop on Geary Blvd in San Francisco. I've used them once to reboot a driver side CV boot, but the new boot leaked several days later and they didn't want to take it back and redo it, they said it's supposed to leak a little. So not so great experience with that, but a friend...
