Ok, i got it. This is a factory adapter with part nbr. 31011‑60010. The bellhousing have a window in a right side, so it's come from the right-handed UZJ100L with 2uz. But how that adapter from 2uz could fit to 1uz?. Are this two blocks have the same bolt patterns?

Salut! I am very surprised, how did you mate 1uz with H151F, if 1uz lexus block is absolutely other form than a bellhousing on H151F. (pardon my english)
