That looks like the spring inside the seal to hold it tight on the shaft.

Not necessarily plug and play but try looking at Flaming River. That is where I bought the items I need to do a steering conversion.

I did see a build of an FJ45 body on a 2005ish Tundra chassis with long travel IFS. I don't see why it couldn't be done with time and effort.

I would recommend using a 100 series Land Cruiser oil pan. it is offset to allow for the front driveshaft.
