Perfect - thanks. Nice diagrams. I have continuity between A and A' and also B and B' when the switch is on, and no continuity when off. So my switch is working properly. Fuses are all good and the turn signals work, so my next step is to clean the light sockets.

Got the switch out, thanks for the assist. After spraying down the switch liberally with electronic cleaner, I get continuity between the red wire terminals when the switch is not depressed, and no continuity when depressed. I get no continuity between red and green wire terminals regardless...

Yep, definitely busted flange on the front crossmember. I'll have to find someone to weld a new one in place for the OEM steering dampener. :/
