I have been doing som reseach on the same project... In orden to make the 1HZ fit in mine HJ60 w. H55F transmission, I needed a new input shaft, as the one I have has the wrong spline and wrong lenght. You will need a new bellhousing, as the starte is on the opposite side of the engine...

I have an old axel w/ locker. Could any if you that have one to, tell me how much power you need to apply to lock/unlock ?? On my axel it is impossible to do with just your fingers.. You need to apply a lot of power to make it go in lock. The axel is not mounted on my HJ60 yet.. But I just...

Hi I wondered how much lift you need to fit 35" tires (35x12,5) I currently have 33" and OME suspension, and no rubbing on my old "83 HJ60 I am planning a 1" bodylift and 3" HFS lift spring set, and I hope this will be enough? Hope you have some thoughts about it :)
