This September, my local club here (Sunset Wheelers) have organized a barge trip up Powell Lake to explore the Daniels Valley. We have filled the barge with 13 vehicles and it will be a leisurely ~1.5 hour cruise up to the very head of the lake...

Past Lund, at Sara Point, is a very nice place to camp and enjoy the parade of yachts going to and fro Desolation Sound. It's the start, or end, of the Sunshine Coast Trail (SCT) . There is a cabin there, and a couple tent platforms...

Usually it's kind of annoying, how AI is so quickly immersed into everything now, but I did get a chuckle out of this...
