Had same issue. Reading through Sniper threads pointed to O2 sensor failure.
I disabled closed loop until I can find a solution other than another sensor replacement.
My original sensor exhibited the same issues and I also did not touch the settings. When I replaced it with the second 02 sensor it ran fine as well.
