    Timing Belt-time vs. mileage

    That's 30k per year - not a real huge number. I commute about 80 miles round trip per day to work in my Accord, and usually see about 35k/yr after adding in weekend driving. Intuition tells me 8 years is probably a long time for such a vital piece of rubber. I think you're doing a good thing...

    Buying/Selling - what year, how much, etc. - ask for opinions here

    New guy here. I'm looking at 2 '99s with 127k and 133k. Both are in very good condition and have had timing belts replaced. Both sellers are telling me $12,900 firm. Are these good deals, on value, or priced high? How are actual selling values comparing with KBB private party these days...
