We may have had the same guy! By golly he tucked mine right up to the cab though. He asked me to spot for him as he was backing on and I politely declined.
I sold my troopy on BAT and a shipper came and picked it up. He backed it onto the transporter and it certainly made me nervous. Those things are narrower than they seem and the shipper got real close to the open center channel with the wheels...
I’ve also noticed some real “lookers” have gone for big $$$ while actual, solidly built rigs don’t. By lookers I mean SA rigs with questionable mechanical/body work but shiny paint jobs and fancy leather interiors.
