We had the same issue when the temp was cooler. Tried several attempts to fix at home, finally took it in for service. The dealer added more insulation material under the black plastic cowling cover (the plastic piece under the wiper).

Just purchased a loaded red 2010 in DFW. 5K off MSRP with a good trade-in price for the old vehicle. Keep looking, there are some reasonable deals out there...
