That sounds like a good plan. I'm sure 20 miles is going to be fine if it seems to run fine. I'd go for it at $3k and doing the HG and other repairs yourself.

That's a tough call...if they take care of the labor with you buying the HG parts, I'd say go for it at $4k, nothing more though. Sounds like in the end it would be an OK deal if they can help you on the labor. I'm sure it's also been sitting a while because of gas prices, and people not...

I'm not exactly sure on the age...I'd say 3 or 4 years old. They gave me around 3.5" or so of lift as I don't have the weight of bumpers or other armor to weigh it down. It was a very noticeable amount of lift...that's for sure. I'm not selling the truck...giving it to the wife to use for...
